Tap Shoes and Tap Mittens for Chance to Dance

After performing several times for Chance to Dance, a special needs dance school, and having seen how excited their dancers were by our tap dancing, we decided to pull together tap shoes and taps so that their dancers could have a go too!

The husband of Silver Swan, Catherine, made some fab tap boards for the wheelchair dancers’ laps, whilst Silver Swan Anne knitted mittens for hand tapping! Dancia International kindly donated lots of brand-new children’s tap shoes, whilst people all across the community passed us their retired pairs.

They have all now been collected and the dancers are super excited to start tapping! We can’t wait to see footage of them in action!
