This week, we were featured on ITV Meridian, talking all things Low-Impact Tap! It was great fun (and slightly surreal) to have a camera crew shoot one of our classes, but we loved hosting them and we were all impressed with how involved Andrew (who took part in the full class!) and the rest of the team got on!
